i bought ALLI and i want to take it. i want to lose about 5-10 lbs and have lost around 75 lbs through out my life, eating healthy and working out is not a problem for me im going to the gym as soon as im dont posting this. my question is i was wondering if it was safe to take ALLI if im 134lbs and 5'5. acourding to the chart on alli im suppose to be up in the 160's, is it still ok to take? what will happen to me if i take it!?
