I'll take your advice about the extra good fats and get some almonds tomorrow at the supermarket. Thats 5 days now and still nothing Im going to give it another 2 weeks but if I've still not lost anything by then there's no use in me buying more.

How long did it take you to lose the first amount of weight when you started back on Xenical?
