Hi there, good for you to start a journey towards weight loss and improved health!! I have been on xenical for almost 2 months, and have lost 15 lbs. I certainly am not a pro at weight loss, as I still have a long way to go, but I have found it helpful to really follow the directions and advise of what and when to eat. I aim for about 15 grams of fat at each meal, including breakfast. I try to exercise when I can, which is hard with 3 young kids. Best of luck, and keep us all informed of your progress!
