What should I do?

Hi, I work in an office and all of my colleague are always criticizing what I eat. They are always talking about their diets and about the foods their neurologist told them to eat. They love to talk about their gym memberships, but I rarely hear them talk about actually going. The thing is that they are all fat, and none has lost any weight. I love to eat, and if stop eating the way I do, I'll get skinny. I don't want to be skinny, I like having a big butt, big arms, and a still keep my flat stomach. What should I do?

I think that fat free milk/yogurt are just as good now....of course when you 1st start it, you don't think so...but you grow to love it!

I agree. The first few times I had fat-free milk and yogurt I had a little trouble getting them down, but now I love my yogurt snack in the middle of the day.

Reminds me of a teenager forcing myself to love water after only been drinking nothing but soda...now at age 26 I can't live without my 16 cups of water a day!

More specifically it's milk with the cream removed (i believe, could be wrong). I hear goats milk is good, you could even go to soy milk if you want. Try anything long enough and you'll get used to it.
