What foods have you given up?

When taking Alli, it is wise to give up fatty foods. What foods have you given up? I'm thinking about giving up ice cream.

Thinking about giving up ice cream? I don't think you have much choice! I haven't had chocolate in a while, I've given up ice cream. Bacon was easy. Now I'm trying to find a fat free salad dressing that I like. I used to like one of the ranch dressings, but I don't like it any more.

Try Brianna's fat free Lemon Tarragon. it's a sweet/sour thing. No fat.

I think you can still eat ice cream but just eat a serving, which is 1/2 cup. Or mix with a reduced fat ice cream?
