Do you still use butter?

Do you still use butter or have you given it up to reduce your fat intake? If you gave it up, what do you use instead?

I do not cook for myself much, so I do not usually need butter for anything. I think if I cooked for myself more often, I would eat healthier. I think I eat prepackaged junk food too much.

I use that butter-flavored stuff on my vegetables. It's not the same, but it isn't awful, either. On green beans, for isntance, to me it really tastes like butter.

I do that to. I get things that are similar to "I can't believe it's not butter!"

Do you like it, that butter-flavoring? Butter Buds or something like that?

I've used it, and it isn't bad. I tend to want things to be really buttery though, somaybe I use so much that I get the same number of calories.

I think for butter buds its 1 teaspoon = 5 calories which if you think about it regular butter is 1 teaspoon = 20 calories

makes a big difference if you ask me. This one was a hard change for me because I was on atkins for so long and butter was ok so i cooked everything in butter... all my veggies everything.

I dont use butter at all anymore its all butter buds or molly Mcbutter and believe it or not I haven't died yet!

I use butter and the fat free version. Sometimes I will use butter to up the amount of fat in a meal if it is too low
