Do you eat Chinese food?

I like to order some Chinese food every now and then. Is that bad while taking Alli? Do you eat Chinese food?

Every now and then? I love Chinese food. And I haven't had any in forever. It's really greasy, and sometimes, I found out, they put sugar in the the sauces and broths.

I also like Chinese food. I like to order it when I am not in the mood for pizza. I really should try to avoid both, though.

There really are very few things that you can eat. Grilled chicken, anyone?

A cardiologist once referred to kung pao chicken as a "heart attack on a plate"!

I will eat chinese food maybe once a week if that. Its a treat when i do eat it and i keep with just the main meal not the egg rolls or other treats with it. I pay for it of course but I try to counter it with a good workout that day. In my mind (as messed up as it may sound) it equals it out. If i can burn 600 calories (1 hour on the treadmill 3mph at a 5% elevation) I feel it counters what I splurged on.
