Peanut Butter

I hear that peanut butter is a good food to eat, but I doubt it is good if one is taking Alli. Peanut butter has a lot of fat, right?

What do you think?

Peanut butter is practically pure fat. It won't work well with alli at all. It's a shame, because when I'm dieting and get really hungry, even a little bit seems to make me feel full.

I've noticed that, too, chocolate. Wasn't there a fad diet that recommended a teaspoon of peanut butter before meals?

I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Nothing like combining a high fat product with the most fattening fruit available. I butter the toast, too. I still like the sandwiches, but I managed to give them up a long time ago. They were too obviously not a good thing to eat.

Unfortunately Alli can't tell the difference between so- called good fat, and bad fat. Give up the peanut butter for now, also nuts and cheese. You can eata few nuts sprinkled on a salad. it's worth giving up to lose that weight!

I still have peanut butter but only a small serving spread on toast (1tbs). Although the percentage fat is high (70%+) the total fat grams in a small serving is fine (about 8g).
