Hidden fat?

I know there are a lot of really fatty things that I shouldn't eat, but what about things with hidden fat? There is a lot of fat in bread, I think. And restaurants cook things in fat and you may never know. I once watched someone make stir fried noodles in a Chinese restaurant. In addition to all the fat, they put sugar in it! So you never can be sure what you are getting, which could be a problem.

The best way to avoid getting hidden fat is to cook for yourself. If you go to restaurants, you won't no whats in the food. Additionally, if you buy premade food or overly processed food from the grocery store, you won't know what's in it. You will if you make your own food from scratch.

One of my favorite things to do is meet friends for a drink and dinner after work. I'll probably have to stick to salads and fat free dressing. I could bring my own salad dressing if I had to.

And you have to read the label on everything you buy. I've been doing that and it's amazing. I started to buy a can of baked beans the other day. That went back on the shelf in a hurry.
