Liquid Diet?

Has anyone hear heard of the liquid diet? What do you think of it? Have you tried it?

What would happen if someone went on the liquid diet while being on Alli?

Do you mean Slimfast and those powders you mix with water to make milkshakes? I guess they'd be low fat, but you'd get no fiber.

I could never survive on one of those. I like to eat too much. I get hungry.

I think a liquid diet means that you eat anything as long as it is liquid. I bet most people have a lot of Slimfast.

I think you are right that a person wouldn't get enough fiber. Fiber is important.

I'm assuming that fiber is especially important if you are taking alli. It's something to absorb all the fat that causes the side effects.

I'm with chocolate. I couldn't do one of those. I certainly don't think it is a good idea with alli. I wonder if taking alli in combination with various fad diets has been studied.

I think the fad diets pose enough risks and side effects of their own. I would be scared to mix them with Alli. That could cause serious problems. At the very least, check with a doctor first.
