Getting rid of hunger

Is there any food I can eat that will help get rid of hunger, without giving me too many calories? Sometimes I eat a lot of calories, but I still feel hungry.

There's another post somewhere on here about the water diet. The one the OP talks about doesn't sound reasonable, but drinking a full glass of water half an hour before meals or drinking a full glass of water with a meal may make you feel fuller.

Try to make sure each meal contains a quick energy food, like a fruit or bread, a medium time energy food like pasta, and a protein. Proteins metabolize slowly. That way you will always have a source of energy as the different foods enter the bloodstream. It won't keep your stomach from feeling empty, but it will keep you from hitting a sugar low and craving sweets. Or it should, in theory.

That makes a lot of sense. Thanks!

If you eat like that then you get rid of hunger for the longest period of time possible.
