I find myself sleeping a lot more during this hot summer. How much do you sleep?

I've noticed that on the weekends, if I'm in the sun, at the pool or something, I need a nap afterwards. It makes me feel old, somehow.

Sleeping is very important thing for our life. We are sleeping minumum 6 hours per day. but all are sleep more in winter with compare summer. I am also sleeping more time in the winter.
