Getting a physical trainer?

Has anyone ever gotten a physical trainer? Have you thought about it?

I have considered it, but I do not know if I want to spend the money.

Sometimes you get some time with a trainer as part of a gym membership. I'd love to be able to pay a trainer. Though what I really need is someone to come to my home, drag me out of bed, and force me to exercise, at gunpoint if necessary.

I think personal trainers are good for making you fit and sculpting your body. I don't know that it would make much difference in a weight loss program, except that if you could afford several appointments each week you would probably show up for them. Once there, you would be forced to exercise.
