Do any of you exercise by participating in team sports? I think I'd be more likely to show up and get some exercise if other people were expecting me. Besides, it would probably be fun, rather than work.

I think it would be better too. It would be more fun, and you wouldn't be able to quit. For me, I don't think I know anyone who does team sports. What team sport could I just join?

Volleyball, maybe? You need to find a group that plays regularly. And one where you will be a middling to good player, so you get a lot of time in. It won't do much good if you don't get toplay a lot.
