Morning execise

Do you prefer to exercise in the morning or at night?

When I choose to exercise at night, I often end up not doing it. I think I get tired and just go to sleep. If I exercise in the morning I actually exercise.

I like the morning. I used to jog in the morning, and I could roll out of bed and into my tracksuit and be outside without even really waking up. You are more likely to experience runner's high in the morning, and I think that half awake state contributes to that.

I work out after work in the late afternoon.

I am not a morning person and can't imagine have a good tude about doing it then but in the afternoon.... I get off work change and get on the treadmill by then i have worked up to hungry and then spend an hour cooking (i love cooking very relaxing to me) and then i eat my dinner. Works for me!

I think the best way of excessing is morning exercise because morning atmosphere is very good for human being. The combination of exercise and morning walk is best. So I suggest best time of exercise is morning.
