Purchase a plan?

Is it necessary to purchase a program if you are going to use alli? One of those diet and exercise things that's supposed to be tailored for alli users? Do they make a difference?

I haven't seen these. Do they include food programs, too? Like Nutrisystem?

It was a whole thing with a book and exercise program all spelled out. I've decided it was a silly idea, and really not necessary. I saw it on the internet, which also made me a bit suspicious.

I think it the cheapest thing to do, is buying the program. The program will also accompany you with this diet, its so much easyer. But the chose is yours offcourse

I think it all depends on your personality. If you are the type of person who needs a clear and specefic plan, then go for it. If you are the type of person who prefers to play it by ear, then it would be a waste. Some people need to do things on their own; others can't.
