These are by no means mirical tablets, i have been taking them for 17 weeks and have also been following a strict diet with very low alcohol intake, so for i have lost 32 pounds and feel great. If you are serious about taking the medication you should all do yourselves a favour and adopt a strict diet and stick to it. Its not easy but the results are wonderful. For years i have struggles with, point, sins, red green etc and keep getting dissapointed. Best of luck to you all, we all can do it.
