Dry mouth?
My mouth feels dry. Could this have anything to do with my taking Alli? What should I do? Just drink water?

You should drink water regardless of whether or not you are taking Alli. I have not heard of Alli causing dry mouth before. It's probably something else.

Have you been tested to see if you are diabetic? A dry mouth is one of the classic symptoms.
