Piles and Orlistat

Hi all

I have been taking orlistat for 17 weeks now, reduced my calorie intake to @ 1000 per day and keeping my fat content low. So far i have lost 32 pinds and feeling great appart from the piles which are becoming a pain the proverbial. Has anyone eles had this effect and if so what should i do? Should i stop for a few weeks?
