HI

Question on the loose stool. Hate to b gross, but I just started today. Does that mean you are at work and all of a sudden there is an accident? Or do you have warning?

from what i hear is if you eat more than 15 grams of fat in one meal you may have an accident in your pants...My sister was on alli and thought she farted and actually had an accident. I started alli 4 days ago with no side effects at all...i have been eating very low fat foods. I am scared to have an accident so i try to stay below 9 grams of fat for each meal...Let me know how it goes...

I been on Xenical for 7 months now and I haven't had a single accident. Main side-effect for me has been gas but its nothing I can't cope with.

Vanessa whilst its good to start low the product will be most effective with the recommended amounts of fat (approximately 30% of calories from fat).
