Does the body get used to Alli?

I know the body can get used to certain medications, so that the body needs a higher dosage to get the same effect. Does that happen with Alli?

I hope so, because that's what is going to make the side effects diminish.

Well, you want the side effects to diminish but the main effect to stay the same. I imagine that since alli works by combining with fats in your food, you wouldn't need higher and higher doses. I think that only happens when you take something that alters the body's chemistry somehow.
