Will the fat come back?

Will I need to stay on this medication forever? Will the fat come back if I don't? I've read articles that say that people have lost as much as 35% of their body fat, but that 35% came back. I wasn't sure what that meant. Does anyone know?

I think there is a serious risk that it will come back. Generally, Alli doesn't do anything to make you eat less or exercise more. Thus, once you stop taking it, everything will go back to the way it was before.

Of course, losing weight may motivate some people to stay that way. Being overweight is depressing, and depression causes people to overeat.

If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, those extra pounds mean at least that it will take you a little longer to put it all back. I don't think I'd like the idea of taking it forever.

I guess that is where the real willpower will come in.
