Talking What is considered low fat?

Hi there, Im new to the site and new to Alli, in fact I only started them today! I do have a question that I can't seem to find information on and would really appreciate advice. It says that you should not take Alli if you miss a meal or have a meal which is very low fat. I would like to know what is considered very low fat. For example, for supper I am having a jacket potato with tuna (canned in water) no butter or marg. Does anyone know if this is low fat enough to miss a tablet? Im a bit lost on this. Thanks! Jx

low fat

I basically take it with any real meal. I don't for breakfast- I usually eat life cereal (1.5g fat) and non fat milk. Alli isn't really necessary for that and it saves me money as then I'm only taking 2 pills a day.

Thanks

Thanks for that. Im still so unsure about what the side effects will be or how long they last, as Im out for whole days sometimes on business and I'd hate to get in an embarrassing situation on the train or in a meeting! I think I will have to wait until I have a few clear days and start properly then, so I have more idea!

Alli suggests no more than 15 grams of fat per meal
