take with your meal

hey there, I am on xenical, the prescription dosage of Alli. I have lost 20 lbs so far, halfway to my goal.
I take my pill with my meal. not right before, usually during, or within 30 minutes after eating.
make sure you are eating enough fat. I aim for 10-15 grams of fat with each meal, and I try to make it a healthy fat. almonds, or avacado on salads, olive oil, etc.
Good Luck

costly

hi, I am in Canada, and up here the xenical is only covered if you can submit a doctors note to your insurance company... if you have benefits, which I don't! soooo, for me to take the xenical, it costs about $180 a month. expensive...yes. but it has worked for me in the past, and is again, so I think it is worth it. IF you are close to Mexico, you can get it for alot cheaper! my parents just brought me back some under the brand name Redustil...120 mg of orlistat, same drug. they got me 6 weeks worth of medication for $80!
wish I lived closer to mexico)
In the past few days I have also been reading the book "eat right for your type"...blood type that is, I am type O. so I am considering following the diet, and cutting out most wheat and dairy out of my daily diet.
sorry for the novel!
