Timings of Xenical.....
Hi,
I know I can only take 3 a day, my breakfast is really healthy, my lunch and dinner are ok. But I do tend to snack late at night. I am working on this and have increased my exercise levels, however.... Can I not take a tablet first thing, but take one with lunch, one with dinner and one in the evening? Also, I'm on day two of Xenical (prescribed by my GP) and no oily stools, in fact I'm constipated! I am incredibly windy though LOL! Any tips for the newbie! MB
