I'm still thinking about it. I think a lot of people are in the same place I am, hesitating because of the side effects.

I think you are right, need2lose. I think it is especially intimidating to someone who works often, because they do not want to suffer from any side effects while at work. It could hurt their career, or just cause social embarrassment, depending on which side effect.

Yeah, a sudden, unexpected incidence of 'anal leakage' would not do a lot for my career prospects at all.
