Trying Xenical again

Hi everyone, I took Xenical 3 years ago, and had sucess with it, losing 30 lbs. Between having 2 babies and the stress of life, the weight piled back on. So here I am, 45 lbs to lose, and it feels overwealming. I know I can do it though. Would love to chat with any other moms who struggle, especially with nighttime munchies. After the kids are in bed, I need to reward myself! but eating a bowl of skittles is no longer an option!

Best of luck Stella. I hope it works again for you this time. What about a yoplait flavored yogurt?

Thanks! yeah, that's a good idea. I'm really trying to not eat after 7:30 PM. My sister lost 30 lbs last year, and that helped her alot. I am also reading the book by Bob Green " the best life diet". I'm doing it together with the xenical to hopefully get the best results. How long have you been on it? it is expensive where you are? any results yet?
