Hi everyone. I am on day 2 of the Alli pills. I have some patientsat the office who are using this medication and they are having great success so i thought i would give it a try. A few months ago I was paying $300+ for foods from another program and it was a waste of time. Not sure why but it gave me night cravings. oh well lesson learned!
I am not following the diet to the T but i am eating better and not so much. Has anyone had any luck doing it my way?
