Ramen Noodles

Do you eat Ramen noodles? They are very cheap, but I do not think they are healthy. How much fat do they have?

Ramen Noodles are used in a lot of recipes. I think most people get them to use them in recipes, rather than to just eat them, but I'm not sure.

I think they are a staple in some people's diets. You'd have to look at the package for fat content, but I do know they are very, very high in fat.

Maybe we are talking about different things here. Plain ramen noodles should be low in fat, but of course they are carbohydrates. If you mean the instant noodles like CupNoodle or whatever, that's what I was thinking of. Very, very salty.
