How much fat?

Just how much fat will I have to cut out of my diet? (Not how much fat do I have to lose, because that's a really big number.)

I understand that bacon and ice cream and kung pao chicken are going to cause sever distress, but what about a little margarine on my toast in the morning?

My understanding is that is best make a drastic cut in your fat intake, so that what Xenical blocks won't be enought to cause you major problems.

So what ever it blocks, ends up being eliminated, and causing problems. There is a lot of fat in chocolate ice cream. There is a lot of fat in chocolate.

I would suggest you cut out as much as possible. There's a little fat in most foods, and that's enough. Don't eat anything that is fatty. To do that, I recommend not using margarine. When cooking, I recommend using those fat free cooking sprays.

And non-stick pans help, too. There are also ways to cook things that don't require fats. For instance, you can make scrambled eggs and omelets in a microwave, so you don't even need the cooking spray.

That's true.

Baking in oven and cooking in the microwave usually do not require any oils or other cooking liquids. Additionally, cold foods like salad usually don't require any of that.

15 grams per meal is what is recommended. I haven't tried figuring it out yet, but it doesn't sound like much. And then you shouldn't have any fat in your between meal snacks. No chips. Have an apple.

I've been writing down my fat intake, as best as I can determine it. I'm nowhere near 15 grams per meal yet. It's hard when one of your favorite sandwiches is a BLT, and the other is tuna salad with lots of mayo.
