Is it safe to it little fat?

Consuming less fat while taking Xenical reduces certain side effects, because the Xenical no longer has to blast the fat itself. However, getting some fat is important. Is it unhealthy to eat little fat and take Xenical?

I think that it is very hard to get so little fat in your diet that it's a problem. You do need to eat fat in order to burn fat. At least I read that somewhere. Small amounts of fat act like a starter fluid, to get the burning process going. I just think that there is so much in everything we eat that you can't get too little.

Yes, I suppose you are right maggie. There is so much fat in all the foods. I think the food manufacturers add the fat to make the foods more addictive. What do you think?

I think they just want them to taste good. I used to buy low-fat frozen yogurt, until I found out that they make up for the lowered fat content by increasing the amount of sugar.
