How many calories do you eat?
How many calories do you eat while taking Xenical? Do you count or just estimate?

I haven't counted all my calories. A lot of times I eat things, but do not know how many calories they have. This happens at work during lunch, and when I go out to eat, or eat at a friends house. I know I get a lot more than the 2,000 mentioned on those nutrition labels!

I'm cutting back on fats, but haven't been so careful about calories. Ideally I'd get down to 2000 calories a day at the beginning, then down to 1700 or 1800. I think it's too hard if you go much below that.
