I eat three meals per day, which is very normal I suppose. My problem is that I snack a bunch of times inbetween each meal. When I snack, I usually eat unhealthy foods.

I have the bad habit of eating one big meal and lots of smaller ones. I know that isn't a good pattern, and I'm trying to change it.

I sometimes eat four meals a day. Does that mean I should be taking four xenical a day?
