Low energy?

I think since Xenical blocks the fat, it also took away all my energy. It is very hard to exercise with low energy, but it is unhealthy to lose weight without exercising. How do you suggest to lose weight with low energy?

Maybe you have cut back on calories too much. I've gone on really restrictive diets and I always felt tired. You could find out what the maintenance level is for your height, and if it's more than you have been eating, try increasing to that amount and see if you feel better.

Thanks Maggie!

Do you know if I need to eat more than my "maintenance level" since I am taking Xenical. Does the Xenical block some of the calories I eat?

Well, it's blocking some of the calories, but only the fat calories. So if you are keeping your calorie count at the level you've chosen by eating things like baked potatos or pasta, Xenical won't affect them.
