How often do you workout?

How often do you workout while on Xenical? How much do you workout when you're not on Xenical?

How much do you think I should exercise?

I go for a one-hour walk or two half hour walks about five days a week. It's not doing much for my diet though, as I'm always absolutely ravenous when I get back.

I plan to work out. I really do. Honest. I just don't very often. I'm hoping this gives me some incentive. If I'm going to suffer the 'oily stool' problems, I'd better do everything I can to maximize the benefits of the medication.

I think walking is a good exercise. It is a shame that exercising increases our appetites.

citygirl, good luck motivating yourself to exercise more!
