Can you do any push ups?
Can you do any push ups? If so, how many? How many do you want to be able to do?

Can you do them if you keep your knees on the ground?

I can just barely do a couple if I do them from the knees. It's really hard to get my big tummy off of the floor!

At least it is some.

I think it can help if you practice just staying in push up position, but I do not have the patience for that.

Nope. I have really poor upper body strength, and now that I'm so heavy, I can't do any at all. Guess I should work on that.
