that is great! doesn't it feel good to see and feel the results?
I wish more people would post here...we need the support from others. What I hate is how people react when I tell them I am taking xenical, like I'm looking for a quick fix...I am still working out and watching what I eat...can you share some tips on what you have been doing?

So far so good!
I just started taking Xenical one week ago today and have lost 8lbs. I am not having a lot of side effects. They have not been as bad as expected. I am really going to try hard to lose for my family. I want to be healthy for them.

well done! iknow how hard it is to lose the weigth,how much wud you all like to lose? i want to lose 6 stone sounds alot but ive got to give it ago if i dont i can only see myself getting bigger.

I would like to lose a total of 45 lbs. down 17 so far, so another 28 to go. feels like a huge mountain to climb, but I am taking it one day at a time...one good choice at a time!

It has been another week of weight loss for me. The side effects I have had have been mild and still I have lost another 6 lbs, 14 so far. It is good to hear about everyone else's progress. Good luck!

Man, at times I want to throw in the towel!
went away on a mini-holiday this past weekend, and ate alot of foods that I shouldn't have. I feel gross and bloated and heavy. I weighed myself yesterday and had gained back 2 lbs! (
is this always going to be such an uphill battle?

Is anyone else SICK of all the crap people are posting on here???? why the heck don't they check the posts to make sure they are actually about alli or xenical and weight loss, and not a place to advertise or spread porn?
I am almost to the point of removing myself from here.

Totally agree with you Stella. The WoW post I can deal with but the porn is a definite no, no. How's it going then Stella?

Me, I've been taking Xenical for nearly 11 months. Total loss on Xenical: 62lbs (nearly 4 and 1/2 stone). Total loss since May last year 85lb (just over 6st)
