I don't want to go exercising at the gym, because I'm worried I might have an incident with the side effects. What do you think? Should I just stay home?

You'll notice a lot of posts about exercise videos and treadmills. There's a reason for that, and you've just hit on it.

That's certainly my reason.

I'm not a big gym person anyway. I would rather work out at home. I do not have much interest in getting all hot, sweaty, and tired in front of a bunch of people I do not even know.

The potential of having a "side effect incident" is just another reason to exercise at home.
