Overdose?

I'm not thinking about taking more than the recommended amount or anything. I'm just curious. What would happen if someone took more Xenical? Can someone overdose?

I imagine you could get very sick. You need to eat and absorb a certain amount of fatty acids, and not having any fat at all isn't healthy. If you had constant diarrhea you could become dehydrated, too.

I think citygirl is right. Also, there may be some chemicals in the drug that could cause problems if you take excessive amounts of them, but that do not matter in the single dosage. I would just make sure not to take any more than you are supposed to.

I wonder why it is that we always think immediately of different ways to ignore the guidelines. Is it human nature? Does it make us feel more independent or intelligent or something?

Maybe it's just human nature, and if we didn't think about bending the rules and trying something new we would still be getting our food by beating animals over the head with a club and then cooking them by throwing them into a fire. If we had ever thought of taming fire.
