Did you do Alli first?

For those of you who take or took Xenical, I have the following question: Did you take Alli first or did you start right up with Xenical? What are the pros and cons of starting with Alli first?

I thought about it, but the idea of going through all that adjusting and then not getting the mazimum benefit bothered me. If I'm going to do this, I want the most benefit I can get.

Yeah, I need to lose big time, so I need to go with the big guns here. I didn't want to go through two adjustment periods, either.

That makes sense. I already started with Alli, so I guess if I want to move up to Xenical I will have to go through another adjustment.

One advantage of doing it that way is that you are making two small adjustments rather than one. And when you move on to xenical, you will have been on a low fat diet for a while. I think that will make it a bit easier.

I thought of that, but I still didn't want to go through it twice.

It's all just a matter of preference, it seems. Some people like to deal with it all at once, others like to do it more gradually.
